Falos Resort, located in the Eastern Caroline Islands, is execeptionally beautiful, with green natural surroundings. Accomodations include a sleeping cottage, a restroom, and a simple kitchen. The island is also staffed with pleasant people, who will gladly prepare your daily meals and assist you with any of your other needs. Falos is not for the "thrill" seeker or the "adventurer." Falos is for relaxation and contemplation. It's paradise at its best. The beaches are covered with thick white sand, which has a great feeling during daily stolls. Falos is an island which is less than 3 miles long, and 1/2 a mile wide. It has tall towering coconut trees, gentle cool breezes, and bright sunshine. The average temperature on Falos averages between 86-88 degrees daily. The water in Falos is clear, clean and free of man made debri. You can snorkle and enjoy the colors of the ocean's reef, which include a hundred or so different kinds of fish and marine life. So, If you're loosing control or just totally stressed out from your daily routine, it's time to consider finding a place to think and relax. | TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

| You will be traveling to the FSM (Freely Associated States) of Micronesia, located next to the U.S. territory of Guam. Moen, Chuuk will be your initial place of arrival before taking a thirty minute boat ride to Falos. If you choose to remain on the big island of Moen for a day or two, you will be accomodated at the Pacific Garden Hotel. The daily charge at PGH is $45.00, with power, running water, an icebox, and airconditioning. Other arrangements for sightseeing and scuba-diving at several sunken Japanese Warship sites may also be arranged at the front desk of PGH. A one day tour of Falos, which includes lunch, is approximately $29.50 per person. An overnight stay with meals is $45.00. There is a minimal requirement of two persons per tour of Falos. The daily tour of Falos is from 10:00am to 2:30pm. Departure time from Hotel Dock in Moen will be 9:00am. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
